It gives us pleasure to advise you of our recent decision to transition the operational aspect of our existing company Chembros Africa Pty (Ltd) into a new entity, Offline Sanitation Solutions Pty (Ltd) (OSS) effective from 15th September 2025.
This transition is to streamline the operation of our businesses with Chembros Africa Pty (Ltd) becoming our holding company while OSS Pty (Ltd) for will become the new operational arm of the business for hardware sales along with Chemical Brothers Pty (Ltd) which remains the additives sales arm of the business.
Please ensure that all future enquiries, orders, invoices, statements and payments are made to the correct companies to assist us with the continued successful supply of our product and service excellence.
